Since The Cache Group stared business 7 years ago, we have successfully delivered recruitment services to large global transport and logistics companies, Retail businesses as well as a number of technical and management consulting businesses.

We have supported critical programmes which have employed 80+ staff in a short time frame, offshoring programs, in-sourcing, as well as day-to-day staffing requirements for BAU, and operational backfill. Our reach is Australia-wide, and we have successfully extended our services internationally as our customers’ needs have expanded.

Over the 7 years of running our business we have had zero safety incidents and a key belief is that everyone who goes to work should come safely.

Achieving Cultural Alignment

We have worked with Linfox for over 6 years and recruited more than 200 permanent and contractor staff Australia wide as well as in Malaysia and India.

Over this 6 years, we have built up a strong relationship with Linfox IT staff at all levels, a relationship based on fairness, respect and transparency on both sides.

The Linfox Operational Training program is an approved Registered Training Organisation which enables Linfox employees to gain leading industry training in transport and logistics.Linfox College partners with reputable education providers to deliver learning opportunities, such as internal development programs, Diplomas and Graduate Certificates qualifications.
